Brian Kon, R.R.T.- AC, MBA(e), President & CEOBrian is one of North America's leading experts on accessibility due to his unique connection, personally and professionally, with the disability community. In 2015 Brian was selected as one of Ontario's AODA Champions by the Association of Municipal Clerks & Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO), as part of the 10th anniversary celebrating Canada's first legislation that protects and promotes the rights of people with disabilities.
Throughout his career Brian has been reaching out to people with disabilities, their family members, care providers, health care professionals, retailers and manufacturers to learn what issues are most important to them. He uses their expeiriences when working with clients to help shape new product design, enhanced service delivery techniques and in creating envionrments that are open and inviting to people of all ages and abilities.
As a person of minority background with a disability, and with several family members who have disabilities, Brian knows first-hand the challenges faced at home, work and community, which he uses as the background for all training programs to provide the consumers' perspective. This insight also gives him a unique perspective when performing accessibility audits of the built environment.

Diana has more than 30 years’ experience as a teacher with the District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) where she taught courses in marketing, business communications, and customer service. As the Assistant Business Director with DSBN, Diana was responsible for the development of the Hospitality and Tourism Curriculum for Ontario Ministry of Education which continues to be used today for students entering post-secondary education.
With her passion for customer service Diana has taught workshops for Ontario SuperHost and Service Excellence in conjunction with the Business Education Council and Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce where she helped empower employees to understand the necessary skills and attitudes that "Wow" customers.
Since incurring a debilitating spinal cord injury in 2009, resulting in his use of a powered wheelchair, Dan has worked extensively on championing accessibility rights and standards in Ontario; including implementation of the Accessibility for Ontarian’s with Disabilities Act. He has completed studies in Universal Design through University of Buffalo School of Architecture, including the design and construction in a fully accessible residence, and participates actively on a governmental Accessibility Advisory Committee.
His expertise and advice comes from his long business background, academic studies and his first-hand experience with accessibility challenges. Dan’s passion is helping others with physical disabilities create accessible home and work environments.
Dan has been very active in his community having served numerous terms as school board trustee and 5 years as school board chairperson where he was very involved the planning, design, and construction of 2 new high schools and 4 new elementary schools and numerous retrofits.
